Singapore SNL CONSTRUCTION AND TRANSPORT SERVICES PTE. LTD. Full time

**Entry level position to oversee upkeep of building and warehouse. Willing to do minor repair jobs.**:**Jobscope**:

- To oversee all building-related activities and preserving the condition of the infrastructure, ensuring that facilities are safe and well functioning.
- Repairs, upkeep, maintenaince and cleanliness of building are met.
- Ensure building grounds and clear and safe in the event of emergencies.
- Planning and coordinating all installations and refurbishments.
- Managing the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards.
- Inspecting building to determine the need for repairs or refurbishment eg. electrical, plumbing, locks are up to date etc...
- Review utilities consumption and strive to minimize costs (ensure aircon/lights are switched off).
- Supervise all facilities staff (cleaners, guard etc...) and external contractors.
- Control activities like parking space allocation, waste disposal, building security, landscaping etc...
- Handle basic service contracts and expiry (pest control, air con servicing, fire safety).

**Requirements**:

- Must be willing to do minor repair and rectification works
- Basic handyman knowledge on simple repairs (eg. change door locks, leaking tap, changing of light bulbs, change faulty faucet, fix broken items etc...)
- Knowledge on facilities management best practices
- Good analytical/critical thinking
- Relevant professional qualification will be an advantage
- With class 2b or 3 license preferred
- Able to communicate in english and mandarin chinese

**Company information**:

- Location: Gul Circle
- 5 day week
- Working hours: Mon to Fri, 8am to 5pm
- 7 days annual leave, +1 every year, up to max 14 days annual leave
