**What is the career opportunity?**

We are looking for a Singtel Customer Care Officer (1 Year Contract) who has a passion for customer services that goes with friendliness and personable attitude.

In this exciting role, you need to provide and deliver excellent customer service. We will equip you with our in-house products and services training of our client to enable you to provide problem solving solutions to our inbound customers’ calls. It is important that you create good customer rapport and relationship.

**What will you do?**
- Manage inbound calls for our client in an efficient and effective manner.
- Ensure all inbound call enquiries on our client’s related services are well managed and handled.
- Consistently deliver excellent quality service to customers to achieve and exceed your individual and team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). To excel in our total customer satisfaction survey, you will solicit customers’ feedback, identify trends for improvement and collaborate internally to resolve customer-related issues, feedback and concerns.

**What do you need to succeed?**
- Possess good communications skills and customer service oriented.
- Passionate about our client's core business objectives.

**You Should Have/Be**:

- Minimum 'N' level and above (in any fields)
- Preferably with experienced in call centre environment or service-related industry
- Adaptable to a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Our client phone operating hours is Monday to Friday, 8:30AM to 5:30PM. Saturday, 8:30AM to 1PM._ _Given the nature of job role, you will have to commit to work on alternate half-day on a Saturday._
- Working & training location: Bukit Batok or Bedok_

Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: $2,000.00 - $2,400.00 per month
