This position is responsible for managing all the payroll functions in the Human Resource Department of HQ.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Manages the full cycle of monthly payroll which includes any adhoc payments.
- Responsible for timely payment and submission such as tax clearance, S45, CPF, FWL etc.
- Submission of yearly income tax, government paid leave (Paternity/Maternity/Childcare), NS Claims and any other government-related claims.
- Manages payroll-related enquires and resolve any discrepancies.
- Prepare post-payroll related reports for costing purposes.
- Prepare relevant reports as required by internal stakeholders.
- Any other HR/Payroll ad-hoc duties as assigned.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Diploma in Human Resource Management or related professional qualification
- Minimum 5 years of payroll experience
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office
- Detail oriented and meticulous & the ability to work within deadlines
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to communicate effectively with different stakeholders
- Able to work independently and as well as in team
