**JOB SUMMARY:
The analyst will support the execution of an industry leading factory social responsibility program. He/she will also support all supplier management and scheduling of factory social compliance assessments.
He/she will report into the WSGO group in the Williams-Sonoma, Inc. Singapore office, and will support the management of the social responsibility activities for the company.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitor and manage the social audit program for the department.
- Oversee the audit scheduling, follow up, assessment, and communication of factory audit results to suppliers and WSI associates.
- Responsible to update the WSI supplier information database with factory setup progress and all audit information.
- Key contact person for all internal stakeholders with regards to social audit information.
- Key contact person for all pre and post-audit related questions from partner factories.
- Key contact person for all 3rd party audit firms with regards to audit scheduling, reporting, billing any other audit related communication.
- Support Sustainability director and country CSR managers on all data needs to support program execution and reporting requirements.
- Develop and maintain various performance measurement tools and programs, including tracking and reporting progress.
- Prepare, maintain and update regular reports/records as directed by management.
- Escalate any audit issues to the Director of CSR for resolution.
**DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES**:
- At least 2 years working experience in an office environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and Access.
- Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail oriented, problem solver.
- Associate degree preferred.
- Fluency in English, Chinese or Asian language is an advantage.
