Manage a Cluster of Store Managers and Retail Stores
- Monitor Store Productivity and Performance through review of the Weekly Performance Summaries and Expenditures
- Provide input to district/store budgeting seasonally and annually
- Manage and maximize each store’s inventory levels for profitable sales and productivity
- Ensures stores implement all promotions within required time frames
- Monitor execution of all visual presentation plans
- Conduct regular training for Store Managers and Retail Staff
- Conduct annual performance appraisals with Store Managers and Assistant Managers
- Complete Store Operations, Human Resources and administrative audit checklists and review with Manager deficient areas to be improved to standard

**Job Requirements**
- At least minimum of 3 to 5 Year(s) of related working experience in a similar role in retail industry (Shoes/Sports/Apparels related) is required for this position.
- Good management and leadership skills to lead Shop Managers and Retail Staff
- Hands on and willingness to perform operational work, when required
- Good written and verbal communication
- Positive mindset
