**Responsibilities**
- Assist in the preparation of sales agreements, invoices, billings, and documentation for sales and financing transactions
- Update administrative data in systems and maintain records of such data, including general record keeping and filing duties
- Assist in scheduling of workshop appointments by coordinating and liaising with customers
- Contact customers to respond to inquiries and follow up with existing customer cases
- Provide internal stakeholders with necessary administrative support and undertake any ad-hoc duties as assigned
**Skills Required**:
- Minimum O/N level holder
- Minimum 1 year experience in a customer facing role
- Proficient in MS Office and computerized accounting systems
**Other Requirements**
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
- Meticulous and able to multi-task
Pay: $2,300.00 - $2,800.00 per month
**Experience**:
