About Us

Green Link Digital Bank is Singapore's inaugural wholesale digital bank focusing on supply chain finance, mainly serving MSMEs and aiming to help MSMEs grow and improve digitization.

**Responsibilities**:

- Define and implement QA processes and policies the SI vendors need to comply with.
- Communicate with senior stakeholders on all testing related topics. Provide regular testing status updates to project manager and other stakeholders.
- Responsible for organizing and delivering end-to-end testing with the assistance of SI vendor testing team, for test plan, test strategy, test scenarios, test cases in various testing cycles such as SIT, UAT, PT, Security Test etc
- Create and maintain test traceability to ensure all requirements are tested.
- Prioritize system testing requirements, identify and eliminates potential testing roadblocks.
- Coordinate use of testing environments.
- Chair defect triage meetings and drive defect fix/retest and closure.
- Validate progress reports and testing effort estimates from vendors.
- Mitigate risks/issues/dependencies throughout testing process.
- Proactively make continuous improvements to test coverage and test automation rate.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in computer science, engineering, or any relevant academic stream.
- At least 3 years’ experience in QA and testing role in a wholesale bank.
- Experience in Scrum/Agile testing methodology in large complex projects.
- Knowledge and experience in test management tools like JIRA, HP ALM, Confluence.
- Understanding of wholesale banking business especially in core banking, payment, client onboarding, loan origination, credit management, risk management, finance management, regulatory reporting.
- Solid understanding of software development and project management life cycle.
- Understanding of both functional and non-functional testing like fail-over, resilience, PT.
- Able to communicate in English and Mandarin verbally and in writing.
- Excited to work in a fast-paced environment.
