Focusing on AI, remote and hybrid work, modern leadership, and the role that technology plays in running the organization of the future, FlexOS reaches an audience of over 100,000 people monthly and was featured by The New York Times, Harvard Business Review, Business Insider, FastCompany, CNBC, and The Economist.

We are seeking a Growth Manager to take charge of expanding subscribers for our three newsletters:, , and. This role is ideal for a data-driven professional who excels at growth hacking and is passionate about building and executing growth strategies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Subscriber Growth Strategy**: Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to drive newsletter subscriber growth. This includes identifying target audiences, crafting compelling value propositions, and setting clear, measurable goals. Continuously optimize this strategy based on what the data tells us.
- **Content Optimization and Collaboration**: Work closely with the content and operations team to ensure that the website and newsletter content and systems are aligned with subscriber interests and market demands. Ensure that the website and newsletter are optimized for search engines and user engagement, contributing to organic growth while preserving domain authority. Provide feedback and insights to optimize content for growth.

**Qualifications**:

- Fluent in English.
- At least two years of experience in newsletter growth, content marketing and SEO, resulting in a proven track record of driving subscriber or user growth in digital media.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both internally and externally.
- Ability to fit our team norms: take ownership of our work and are accountable for our actions; be open, honest, and transparent communication at all levels; keep it fun; learn new things and grow through frequent practice; practice empathy, understanding, and support each other.
- Is used to working in international, cross-cultural, remote teams.
- Has worked in the future of work niche.

Pay: $500.00 - $1,500.00 per month
