The Management Associate at Rida is responsible for supporting the management team in the day-to-day operations and long-term planning of the organisation. This individual will have the opportunity to learn and develop skills in various areas of business, including finance, marketing, sales, and operations.
- Assist the management team in the development and implementation of business strategies
- Monitor and analyse company performance and provide recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive projects and initiatives
- Participate in the budgeting and forecasting process
- Analyse market trends and stay up-to-date on industry developments
- Manage and maintain accurate and organised records and documents
- Support the management team in various tasks and responsibilities as needed
- Work on projects and tasks that are crucial to the company's growth and success.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field
- 0-2 years of experience in a business or management role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively

**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Work Location: One location
