**The Opportunity**

As an experienced professional, you’ll wear many hats including leading multi-discipline packages of work, detailed design, client relationship management, mentoring and coaching others.

We are currently recruiting for Senior Associate Director - Mechanical to join our Building Services team with broad experience in Hospital design / Healthcare facilities would be a benefit. This position will be based in our Singapore Office.

**Senior Associate Director (Mechanical)**

In this role, you will primarily be responsible for:
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Deliver operational excellence through effective management of complex technical solutions and large and complex Mechanical projects / multiple jobs
- Lead and manage project teams by reviewing technical accuracy and technical outcomes
- Understand the client’s business and strategic issues in order to ensure successful outcomes and maximise repeat business revenue
- Understand risk on all jobs through implementation of sound audit, business and financial management and understand impact of work practices on the financial outcome of projects
- Demonstrate effective communication, presentation, networking and consulting skills

**PRE-REQUISITES**
- ** **Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- At least 10 years in consulting firm with supervision/leading roles experiences in HVAC design and building services co-ordination in healthcare, commercial, hotel, industrial and educational institutions projects.
- Certified Professional Engineer by PEB Singapore will be an advantage
- Strong project management, communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to interact and work with colleagues and member of other consultants at various levels.
- A team, client and delivery focused working style.
