Singapore SNK (ASIA PACIFIC) PTE. LTD. Full time

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the design and implementation of secondary electrical systems for ACMV (Air Conditioning & Mechanical Ventilation) equipment including chillers, AHUs, FCUs, pumps, and exhaust fans.
- Develop and review control panel schematics and single-line diagrams for ACMV electrical and automation systems.
- Oversee the preparation and coordination of ACMV electrical and control system construction drawings.
- Supervise and manage on-site installation, testing, and commissioning of secondary electrical and ACMV control systems.
- Ensure seamless integration with Building Automation Systems (BAS) and coordinate interface testing with related stakeholders.
- Liaise with consultants, clients, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues and ensure compliance with regulatory and project specifications.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and site teams.

**Requirements**:

- Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or M&E Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in building construction projects with specialization in ACMV and electrical systems
- Proven knowledge of control logic, DDC systems, and BAS integration
- Strong understanding of local electrical codes, BCA requirements, and MOM safety regulations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills
- Ability to handle complex technical challenges independently
