**About the Role**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Gaining a deep understanding of web3 customer profiles, identify and fill product gaps and generate new product ideas to grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
- Translating business ideas into detailed product requirements, costing and resource estimates
- Scoping and prioritising development and testing activities based on business and customer impact
- Building strong relationships with various internal teams, leadership, and business stakeholders
- Be responsible for the successful launch of high quality software products
- Defining meaningful outcomes for the products and measure results against those standards

**Qualifications**:

- Prior Product Management experience
- Self-starter, who can think strategically and can weigh the tradeoffs when solving/prioritising issues and making decisions
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Data-driven thinker and decision maker
- Web3 native and understands both NFTs and DeFi well from both a technical and cultural perspective
