We are seeking a Partnerships Director to manage key account relationships with our enterprise customers spread across multiple industries. You are someone who enjoys working with people and loves how technology, when applied well, can solve complex business challenges and bring immense value to organizations.

**Get to know the role**:

- Engage and establish strong relationships with key management of partners
- Lead partner conversations including regular joint steering committee and working level meetings
- Develop new ideas, products and revenue streams which will deepen the relationships with partners and ensure revenue growth and contract retention
- Keep abreast of the latest developments within the industry, including benchmarking our products against the relevant peers and ensuring that our product features continue to be competitive
- Collaborate with other team members and all internal and external stakeholders

**You should have**
- Minimally 10 years of experiences in business development, partnerships, sales or equivalent role
- Proven track record of enterprise account management
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of enterprise SaaS, PaaS markets, particularly for loyalty, marketing and CRM solutions
- Practical and operational expertise in financial partnerships will be an added advantage
- Familiarity with database queries and ability to analyze complex data sets to develop actionable insights to grow accounts will be an added advantage
- Possess knowledge in the industry’s latest trends and technologies.
- Demonstrated experience in engaging and influencing external partners
- The ability to perform in ambiguous, low control yet fast paced environment
- People management experiences will be an added advantage
- Experience working in a startup environment will be an added advantage
