Nutrition Asia Group is an enterprising distribution business established in 2009, representing a range of high quality sports nutrition, wellness and lifestyle products from the US, Europe, Australia and NZ. Nutrition Asia holds key supplier contracts with the major modern trade, convenience and pharmacy companies across our operating markets, as well as supplies sports and fitness specialty channels. The company continues to grow across the region with offices in Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia and Australia.

**Partnerships Director**

The company seeks a highly motivated Partnerships Director who will ensure key projects are delivered against the company’s strategic business goals. This person will manage a team internally and work with clients externally, functioning in a key role that will help the company continue to grow in the direction of its defined business objectives.

**Core Job Responsibilities**
- Contribute to overall strategic development
- Project management - ensuring long term goals and vision are delivered through the continued fulfilment of short term milestones.
- Work closely with the larger team to continually help improve processes underpinning sales across regular sales, e-commerce and retail
- Be part of the client facing team and build solid relationships with partners (modern trade and/specialty retail ) that unlock growth opportunities
- Identify new or additional opportunities with existing clients thereby driving and maximising organic growth
- On-going review of project success metrics with management
- On-going review of project milestones with the wider team
- Analyse brand productivity against their relative strategic importance
- Manage retail sales team against pre-set KPIs / other performance goals

**Qualifications/Experience**
- Demonstrable experience in project management and executing activities that positively impact awareness, reputation and organic growth
- Top-notch relationship-building skills
- Comfortable with a mix of autonomy and team directed activities
- Works well under pressure
- Self-motivated and has strong self-drive
- Provide day to day leadership on all business development tasks
