**Responsibilities**
- Lead a team of software development engineers
- Coordinate with major telecommunication companies
- Coordinate with overseas hardware suppliers
- Designing and maintaining software systems
- Evaluating and testing new software programs
- Optimizing software for speed and scalability
- Writing and testing code
- Consulting with clients, engineers, security specialists, and other stakeholders
- Presenting new features to stakeholders and internal customers
- Monitor service-level objectives to ensure that requirements are met or exceeded
- Provide technical advice on installation, setup, configuration of systems
- Resolve escalated system-related issues to identify root cause and potential solutions
- Carrying out networking, troubleshooting, problem solving and driving of the company’s and clients’ IT equipment.
- Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Degree or similar in Information Technology or related discipline.
- Minimum 3 year of Information Technology experience in managerial position.
- Ability to understand customer needs and business requirements.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Able to work independently as well as a team player.
- Able to travel to sites to do troubleshooting
- Able to work on weekends at times.
