**Chef - Spiffy DapperJob Description**

As a Chef, you will be in charge of the day-to-day operations of the kitchen and our food programs. You will also work closely with the founders to create new recipes, and refine taste profiles.

A typical day involves more than just cooking, you play an integral role in the inventory, preparation and management of our venue. The hustle begins with inventory management, preparation of ingredients before service, planning and developing key menu items, post-service cleaning, innovating different ways and products to attract and retain more customers and working with other team members to ensure smooth service at all times.

**Key Requirements**

The most important skill for a Chef is the ability to cook well and arrange beautiful dishes, but they are also accountable for:
You are expected to maintain a safe, clean and healthy work environment by following company standards and sanitation regulations.
- Assist in creating food programs and developing new products.
- Assist in inventory management & replenishment in a timely manner
- Maintain standards for food storage, quality, and appearance
- Estimate amounts and costs of required supplies, such as food and ingredients
- Establish maintenance and cleaning schedules for equipment, storage, and work areas
- Receiving feedback and making improvements where necessary
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**
- Fluent in both spoken and written English.
- Good interpersonal skills when dealing with guests and associates
- Proactive, motivated and reliable, with keen attention to detail
- Punctual, good working attitude and able to work under pressure
- Good time management and discipline to ensure optimal work performance
- Adaptable to guest needs and works well with diverse cultures

**Key Details**
- 5 day work week
- Immediate full-time opportunity
- Salary Range - $2,300 - $2,800 with profit share on top.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in F&B ideally in a similar position
- Able to work weekends & public holidays
