**Responsibilities of an Administrative Executive/Front of House:
As the Front-of-House, you are often the first point-of-contact for any of Thrive Healthcare’s clients. As such, it is imperative that you hold the highest standards of service, along with a friendly and welcoming demeanor characteristic of Thrive Healthcare. Your duties include both in-person and administrative duties, and a keen attention to detail is key.

Your responsibilities include, and are not limited to:

- Take and manage booking and registration of appointments
- Maintain great customer service in accordance to service standards set out by Thrive Healthcare
- Maintain an accurate Point-of-Sale (POS) record, and inventory as required
- Able to do basic book-keeping, accounting, payroll and invoicing
- Ensure accurate and timely payment of customer bills
- Generate data from sales
- Ensuring a clean, safe and welcoming facility at all times
- Keep all equipment and supplies in order and facility clean
- Process payment claims
- Source for and order corporate gifts/products as required
- General administrative duties
- Liase with vendors freelancers and subcontractors Other Ad-hoc duties as required

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Accounting experience preferred
- Good communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Friendly, outgoing and positive personality
- Sensitive to others' needs and feelings and being understanding and helpful on the job, actively looking for ways to help people
- Honest and responsible
- Punctual and reliable
- Conscientious and organized, with attention to detail
