We are seeking applicants who are keen to join a startup hedgefund at our newly renovated 10,000 sqft office premises in the CBD location.

Min. 5 years of working experience preferably in financial/banking/fund industry

Min. 3 years of admin/executive support role to senior management

Diploma or Degree qualifications

Role requirements:
Situated Front of House position

Overall (lead) in charge of office operations, includes all front of house duties

Includes managing tea lady, cleaners, deliveries, couriers, vendors, maintenance etc

Includes onboarding of employees preparation of access and setup etc.

Data entry onto excel or via internal systems

Submission of senior management or c-suites expenses into Concur

Deal with Investors events and meetings

Preparation of Investors materials and marketing decks

Handle Office team events and functions

All other adhoc administrative duties

Available immediately or in less than a month

Career Progression:
Further development of above role into an Office Manager title if performance is proven

Opportunities to take on HR related admin duties if keen

Opportunities to be an Executive Assistant to c-suites if keen
