**Role Summary**:
As a **Senior Technical Writer **, you’ll play a crucial role in translating complex technical information into concise, user-friendly documentation. Your ability to craft compelling narratives, excellent use of grammar, and your attention to detail will be essential.
**Responsibilities**:
**1. Content Creation**:
- Develop high-quality technical documentation, including user manuals, guides, and FAQs.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to style guidelines.
**2. User-Centric Approach**:
- Understand the needs of our diverse audience (developers, end-users, stakeholders).
- Create content that simplifies complex concepts and enhances user experience.
**3. Product Documentation**:
- Document software features, APIs, and workflows.
- Craft release notes and version-specific documentation.
**4. Editing and Review**:
- Review and edit content for clarity, grammar, and coherence.
- Maintain a consistent tone and voice across all materials.
**5. Collaboration**:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, product management, design).
- Participate in agile development processes.
**Qualifications**:
- **Strong English language skills**: Exceptional written and verbal communication.
- **Postgraduate qualification **in English, Technology, or Business (preferred).
- **Technical acumen**: Ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts.
- **Attention to Detail**: Meticulous editing and proofreading skills.
- **Experience**: Minimum 10 years in technical or creative writing or related field. International experience will be an advantage.
**Salary and Benefits**:
