Singapore SINGAPORE MARINE & OFFSHORE ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. Full time

**Responsibilities**:

- Preparing, Scheduling, Coordinating and Monitoring the assigned engineering repair projects.
- Monitoring compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC polices, performance standards and specifications.
- Interacting daily with clients to interpret their needs and requirements and representing them in the field
- proven working experience as a repair lead engineer.
- project management and supervision skills.
- Decision making ability and leadership skills.
- Prepare Quotation, repair plan, technical reports according to class requirements.
- Knowledge of engineering on marine main engine, Aux. engine, repairing, trouble shooting, leading engine repair team.
- To able to lead hydraulic deck machinery, steering gear repairing & troubleshooting marine crane, windlasses, davit, other hydraulic systems.
- To be thorough and pay attention to detail and communication (both listening and specking) creativity, collaboration, time management, conflict resolution, problem-solving, critical thinking and attention to detail.

Requirements.
- Min 5 years' experience in Inspection, Troubleshooting and Repairing Marine Cranes, Windlasses & Other Hydraulic Systems. (Below 45-year-old added advantage)
- Have Knowledge specialize work shop in Singapore (Hydraulic, Governor, Main Engine & Aux. Engine Repair.
- Able to Lead and comprehend electric and hydraulic diagrams.
- Able to independently troubleshoot hydraulic and mechanical problems.
- Able to supervise a team of mechanics and carry out large repair projects as Lead Engineer on board, on voyage and in Ship Yards.
- Able to write technical reports and able to communicate with owners' representatives.
- Experience with variable frequency drives (VFD) will be an added advantage.
- Physically strong on-site attendance, inspection and prefer hand sound person.
- According to the situation and requirement able to attend on site for inspection and survive 24/7
- Able to prepare quotation and repair plan and others etc.,
