**Overall objective and scope**:
Ensure a high level of service and customer satisfaction with our APAC Partners by reliable and efficient handling customer inquiries and order entries.
Supports the Regional Sales Director by acting as a direct and centralized interface to partners, coordinating and liaising with central functions
as well as suppliers for order processing and fulfillment.
**Duties and responsibilities**:
- Take ownership of customer satisfaction with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Processing of distributor orders, deliveries, claims, invoicing and credit notes
- Coordination of order processing and fulfillment with German HQ and other suppliers
- Set up and maintain customer accounts
- Sales reporting and profitability analysis (product, customer)
- Assist with Administration projects as required
- Work with HQ and partners to resolve issues
**Requirements**:
- The incumbent will have at least 5 years’ experience of working in Regional Sales Operations
- Preferrably SAP/R3 user (Modules SD, MM)
- Advanced Excel skills and able to generate own correspondence
- Good communication skills and tactful
- Flexible attitude, hands on and result orientated
- Ability to manage interpersonal relationships with internal/ external customers
- Demonstrates attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
- Bilingual in English and Chinese
