Our **AR Accountant **will primarily be responsible for the full spectrum of Accounts Receivable function for our entities in Singapore, Australia and Thailand. He/She acts as a key business partner to the Group Finance Director and is ultimately accountable for the accuracy of financial records in conjunction with broader administrative tasks across the enterprise to ensure our seamless operations.

**Core Responsibilities**
- Perform full spectrum of Account Receivable function (Quotations, Invoicing, and Collection), daily operations and month-end-closing
- Maintain customers' master record regularly
- Ensure accurate and timely billing to customers i.e. invoicing and receipts are compliance with AR procedures and in accordance to the IRAS requirements
- Ensure accurate posting of all daily bank-in transactions to report daily cashflow status and updating all receivable records
- Close monitoring of the AR outstanding balances to effectively ensure aged items are minimised and maintain accurate records of all follow up activities
- Maintain inventory records
- Prepare sales commission computation
- Ensure timely closing of revenues and stock movement records
- Handles and oversee the month-end closing activities, which includes the reviewing and posting of accruals and relevant journals
- Performs bank reconciliation and monthly supporting schedules
- Co-ordinate and liaise with internal parties to support intercompany activities
- Assist in GST filing and submission
- Support and ensure compliance to company policies and statutory requirements
- Adhoc administration/project support including new process/system implementation

**Qualifications, Skills & Experiences**
- Diploma/Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business/Commerce or CA or CPA with at least 4 years of relevant working experience
- Good understanding of accounting concepts/entries, detailed-orientated and able to multi-task, organize and take initiatives to meet job objectives and deadlines
- Hands-on, fast learner with positive & can-do attitude
- Independent, self-driven with strong communication & interpersonal skills and able to work as a team
- Strong business integrity and holds sensitive information in confidence
- Strong understanding of local tax (GST) regulations
- Prior accounting experiences in locations we are operating in and knowledge in Xero accounting software will be advantageous
