- Coordinates with sales support team to set up customer restrictions per the contract and to assure compliance and with finance to set up correct customer terms and conditions.

- Provide essential services necessary to support the office of the Managing Director with all duties of the company regarding the law, including giving advice when necessary, assuring the businesses comply with legal requirements.
- Formulate, plan, execute and monitor marketing activities and campaigns. Conceptualize and implement marketing collaterals and materials.
- Develop marketing presentation package.
- Support social media platforms, e-marketing channels and website content.
- Copywriting and proofread marketing material for offline/online marketing channels.
- Support all brand and marketing-related activities for the Singapore business.
- Other duties as assigned from time to time

**Requirement**:

- Degree in law / legal studies or a business related discipline majoring in business law.
- At least 5 years job experience in contracts and legal affairs management or related positions.
- Experience with regulatory compliance desirable.
- Sound understanding of legal language and terms commonly used in business / commercial contracts and in tender / bid documents.
- Able to work independently and drive continuous process improvements.
- Strong communication and influencing skills.
