The Preschool Teacher effectively creates a secure and quality learning environment for children, through enhancing trusting and respectful relationships with them. He/she enriches children’s learning through codesigning and implementing a developmentally and culturally appropriate curriculum, while effectively integrating innovative teaching and learning practices.

The Preschool Teacher is also proactive and intentional in strengthening partnerships with families and the community, and codesigns collaborative efforts with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve this goal. As an experienced early childhood educator, the Preschool Teacher guides teachers in enhancing their practice and engages in continuous learning and reflective practice.

**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education (Teaching) or its equivalent with 5 GCE ‘O’ Levels with English at Grade B4
- At least 2 years teaching experience in a similar setting
- Knowledge of or willingness to acquire knowledge of inquiry based learning is required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
