The Beginning Preschool Teacher creates a secure and quality learning environment for children through fostering trusting and respectful relationships with them. He/she supports the holistic development of children through implementing a developmentally and culturally appropriate curriculum.
As an early childhood educator, the Beginning Preschool Teacher is also intentional in building partnerships with parents and families, and actively engages in centre initiatives to support its collaborative efforts with the community. He/she engages in continuous learning and reflective practice. He/she works closely with colleagues and contributes to a culture of collaboration and collegiality.
Fresh graduate holder of Diploma / Degree in Early Childhood Care & Education (Teaching) from foreign institutions, Singapore local institutions, Polytechnics and ITE are highly encouraged to apply.
**Job Requirements**:
- Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education (Teaching) with 5 GCE ‘O’ Levels with English at Grade B4 or its equivalent
- Willingness to acquire knowledge of inquiry based learning
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with sound working knowledge of Ms Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
