**What the role is**

You design, develop, review and update the organisational excellence framework deployed in the SAF.

**What you will be working on**

On this, you work closely with different stakeholders in the areas of data collection, data analysis and preparation of assessment and recommendation reports. You also monitor the progress of the training institutes in implementing the organisational excellence framework. You research, review and update the framework periodically in order to ensure that the organisational excellence framework is relevant. Your challenge lies in developing valid and reliable measurements for the sub-components of the organisational excellence framework that will reflect the status of the training institutes accurately.

**What we are looking for**

You must have a tertiary qualification, preferably with 2 years’ working experience. Possession of good communication and writing skills, as well as good working knowledge in the use of statistics and data visualization tools, are essential.
