Job descriptions
- To communicate clearly and concisely with colleagues (especially with Client Services & Operations for shipment updates and clearance) to fulfill order requirements and complete workflow of shipping activities
- To perform administrative works, such as but not limited to getting quotes and shipping schedule and routing, filing, preparing, and forward shipping documents to relevant parties in a timely and accurate manner to ensure a smooth clearance
- Responsible for daily air/sea shipment, booking, and local customs declarations
- Prompt and accurate update of data in Salesforce & local customs system
- Coordinate and execute services according to quotation and costing to meet internal service level expectations
- Consolidate information, process requests from CS/clients for Operations/Warehouse preparation, and plan for collection/release of shipment
- Liaise with the other departments to ensure a timely, professional, and safe clearance of shipment independently
- Monitor and track shipment status regularly. Update Client Serices and destination agents/clients on any changes and ensure that shipment is delivered in a timely manner

Job requirements
- Minimum of 1-2-year experience in related field
- Proficient computing skills (Salesforce, Microsoft Office, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of international shipping rules and procedure, shipping terms, and related customs formalities experiences preferred
- Excellent time management, organizational and planning skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently under a tight timeline / pressure
