**Internship Scope**:

- 3 to 6 months paid internship
- High-impact portfolio projects (not stock content)
- Mentorship from senior creatives and strategistsReal client exposure from week 1

**Full-Time Conversion Roadmap (Based on Performance)**:

- After 3 months: Progression review + bonus opportunity
- After 6 months: Full-time conversion to **Content Creator**Upon conversion: Salary and access to key brand accounts

- Assist in filming, editing, and producing content across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
- Brainstorm, storyboard, and pitch campaign content ideas
- Be on the ground for client shoots, events, and creative runs
- Participate in viral trend research and creative brainstorms
- Plan, Manage and Schedule ContentLearn and grow in a fast-paced, highly collaborative creative team

- Basic editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar)
