Singapore One Click LCA Full time

One Click LCA is looking for an English-speaking Business Development Engineer for the South East Asia region. We are the world-leading construction product project Life Cycle Assessment (LCA), and Environmental Product Declaration (EPD) software. You will be responsible for identifying customer needs and opportunities and helping them to find and make use of our best matching solutions. Our sales model is predominantly inbound, and we help those contacting us to understand how we can help. In this role, you will be working with manufacturing and design and construction companies.

**What you will do**:

- Liaise with prospective clients to understand how their business needs can be solved and develop quotes for our solutions to bring on board new customers
- Get and stay up to date with the One Click LCA platform inside out
- Educate prospects on the value and opportunities of LCA tools, EPD and low carbon construction.
- Keep up to date on developments around LCA and EPD standards, PCRs and practices'
- Increase our presence in the South East Asia region by attending important construction industry events and by seeking and leveraging local partnerships
- Work with the marketing teams to create and localize key contents to the local regions and generate demand.
- Work with the products teams to improve the tools for the respective markets.

**What you need**:

- Ability and motivation to become expert in construction sector LCA software
- Motivation to help others succeed and to find solutions to overcome their obstacles
- Fast learning skills and desire to improve constantly
- Degree or close to a degree in construction industry, LCA, building sustainability or related area
- Customer
- and results-oriented attitude
- Very good listening skills and ability to see the situation from a prospect’s/client’s perspective
- Positive approach to business and learning, allowing you to learn what works and what does not
- Hands-on attitude and a drive to get things done.
- Native level proficiency in English. Languages specific to the region considered a plus.
