**Accountabilities, responsibilities and main duties**:

- To perform system admin role such as user account creation, resource allocation, system maintenance, backup system.
- To provide Level 2 desktop support to end-user.
- Knowledge on the CISCO system and basic telephony configuration a plus
- Manage hardware & software requisition as well as the inventory for all IT equipment.
- Perform ad-hoc duties using SQL, Wintel Server.
- To assist with IT set up during company-wide events.
- Provide remote support (via ManageEngine, Team Viewer, Skype and Microsoft Teams) and install a wide range of software and printers. Solve various IT incidents request and cisco phone RMA, UAT and send to vendors.
- Manages SMS platforms
- Install, create and manages user's VPN account, e.g., Forticlient and Sonic Wall (NetExtender).
- Degree or Diploma in Information Technology and/or Computer Science
- At least 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience
- Office 365 Administration
- MSSQL/Java/C#/SSL is a plus
- Virtualisation environment, Networking and RF Wireless technologies is a plus
- CISCO system and basic telephony configuration is a plus
- Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) - to align IT with business needs
- Good team player with a can-do attitude
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
