Oracle Fusion Financial Solution Lead/manager

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead Oracle Fusion Financials implementation and support projects across various releases (R10/12/13).
- Gather business requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and document functional specifications.
- Configure Fusion Financials modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, PO, Tax) and approval workflows using BPM.
- Design and manage integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), VBCS, and DBCS.
- Develop and customize BI, OTBI, FRS, and Smart View reports.
- Manage data migration activities using FBDI templates for both master and transactional data.
- Coordinate with external vendors, internal stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure smooth delivery.
- Conduct CRPs, KUTs, SIT, UAT, and manage production cutover activities.
- Prepare RFPs, Change Requests (CRs), functional documentation, and training materials.
- Provide end-user training and support post go-live.

**Education**:

- B.E in Electronics & Communication Engineering or
- MBA with Finance/Systems specialization
