**About the Role**:
We are looking for a Senior Staff Nurse to join our team in Icon Cancer Centre Singapore. This position will report to the Nurse Manager and will see you caring for patients across medical oncology and radiation oncology to ensure the delivery of exceptional personalised cancer care.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provision of advanced patient centred comprehensive cancer care
- Demonstrate high level of clinical leadership, teamwork and development of workplace culture
- Facilitate learning, growth and development opportunities for the nursing team
- Actively motivate others and maintain an environment of continuous quality improvement
- Clinical Facilitator activities to maintain mandatory competencies
- Participate in personal role review and professional development opportunities to ensure continuous improvement of self and team

**Skills & Experience**:
**Essential**:

- Possess a recognised certificate issued by Singapore Nursing Board
- Have ability to work in dynamic environment, open to changes and varying needs
- Computer literacy and ability to work efficiently are pre-requisites.
- Experience in day oncology nursing
- Experience in a high acuity setting
- Advanced communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work successfully within a team structure
- Patient centric approach to nursing
- Willing to travel between clinics

**Desirable**:

- Chemotherapy competent
