**Job description**
**Responsibilities**:
- Preparation of design documentation and technical documentation such as plans, sections, elevations, technical details, etc. for interior fit-out projects.
- Translate conceptual sketches into working drawings.
- Conduct on-site measurements and inspections for design and technical coordination.
- Liaise and coordinate with contractors and suppliers on documentation and site works.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
- Complete Work Assignment Within Stipulated Time.
- You will usually work in the office but will at times need to fulfil travel requirements and work on-site.
**Requirements**:
- Preferably with 1-2 years ID design/drafting work experience in Singapore.
- Certificate / Diploma in Interior Design or equivalent.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, or other 2D & 3D design programs and efficient drafting standards.
- Knowledge and proficiency in other design & creative tools will be an advantage.
- Able to work independently and as a team player.
- Bilingual in English and Chinese to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients will be an advantage.
**Salary**: $2,200.00 - $3,200.00 per month
