  • Monday to Friday (Full day 9am to 6pm), Saturday (Half Day: 9am – 1pm)

  • Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar). Basic understanding of interior design principles and building regulations.

  • Prior experience in drafting for interior design or architecture is preferred.

This role involves translating design concepts into precise technical drawings, ensuring alignment with client expectations, building codes, and project timelines.

Job scope

Technical Drawings

Produce precise floor plans, elevations, sections, and 3D models using CAD software.

Ensure accuracy in translating client/designer requirements into technical documentation.

Submission & Liaison

Liaise with building management teams to verify submission requirements.

Manage correspondence (emails, calls) related to drawing approvals and revisions.

Collaboration

Work closely with interior designers, architects, and clients to align drawings with design intent.

Participate in team meetings to address feedback and modifications.

Material & Finishes

Assist in selecting materials, finishes, and furnishings.

Incorporate specifications into drawings and 3D visualizations.

Revisions & Compliance

Update drawings based on client/designer feedback.

Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety standards, and accessibility regulations.

Attend training courses as needed to stay updated on regulations.

Visual Presentations

Prepare renderings and presentations to communicate design concepts effectively.

Documentation

Maintain organized records of drawings, revisions, and project specifications.

Site Visits

Conduct periodic site visits to verify alignment of construction with design plans.
