**Key Responsibilities**
- Increase the number of qualified leads and drive sales to meet the fiscal year sales targets.
- Track unique and responsive lead interactions per month
- Meet basic sales targets, providing supporting evidence for any shortfalls during monthly sales meetings.
- Prepare and update sales forecasts, providing clear and actionable insights to management.
- Product and Market Expertise:

- Gain a deep understanding of our product and its benefits, ensuring effective communication to potential customers.
- Conduct market analysis to stay informed about industry trends and competitor products.
- Ideate and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Leadership and Training:

- Hire, train, and manage remote, part-time, and/or intern staff to support sales and business development activities.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Customer Relationship Management:

- Foster and maintain strong relationships with customers, gaining their trust and providing excellent customer service
- Collect and utilize customer feedback to improve products and services.
- Engage with customers regularly to understand their pain points and needs.
- Marketing Support - Provide support in development and execution of marketing strategies, whilst promoting our online presense
- Project Management Support - Provide support to Project Management function, including Project Management of smaller projects
