
HR Admin Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- To support administrative functions for HR, Finance and Shipping dept
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and preparing employment offers
- Maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information
- Assist in the preparation of payroll, including data entry and reconciliations
- Provide administrative support to the Finance department, including accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
- Manage office supplies, inventory and ensure a tidy and organized office environment
Qualifications and Skills:
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance or related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience in HR, admin or finance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with accounting software such as Xero or Quickbooks is a plus.
