**Digital Marketing Manager **(Japan based)**:
**SUMMARY**:
Our client is the world's largest independent dermatology company, present in approximately 100 countries and they are currently looking for a Digital Marketing Manager for consumer product who will be based in Japan.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**: -Analyze performance, conduct optimization, and get insights for future planning
-Agency & vendor quality control and negotiations
-Develops the digital strategy and executes the plan
-Leads development and management of owned media (website/SNS, etc) and paid media to ensure plans are effective & efficient
-Leads digital content creation in collaboration with Brand Marketing in accordance with brand guidelines
Responsible for managing the relationship with the digital media agency and also optimizing digital media spend across media outlets; SNS, SEM, etc
-Analyzes and reports performance based on clear KPIs (ROI, CPC, CTR, etc) and get insights for future planning and goals setting
-Supports growth within E-retail channel via cross-platform traffic in collaboration with E-retail team

**REQUIREMENTS**:
Possess university degree and above
-Native level Japanese/ Business level English
-5+ years’ experience in digital marketing leading the strategy development and execution, including schedule and budget management
-Cosmetics industry experience is preferred
-PC skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
-CMS, Mobile, Digital Analytics, A/B Testing, UX experience, social media software management, SEO optimization
-Insightful, curious, passionate about digital marketing
-Honest & open, results oriented, and a can-do approach/mentality toward constructive goals
-Leadership mentality & presence, and strong inter-personal skills & ability to collaborate / manage / negotiate with internal & external partners
