**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a **Customer Success Manager**to build strong client relationships, ensuring they get the most out of our solutions. This role focuses on customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Onboard and support customers in adopting our solutions.
- Build strong relationships and understand customer needs.
- Ensure customers maximize the value of our products.
- Conduct check-ins, training, and business reviews.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve the customer experience.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Gather customer feedback to enhance our products.
- Coordinate with support teams to resolve customer issues.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma or Bachelor degree in any related field (or equivalent experience) - fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- 1 to 2 years in customer success, account management, Contact Centre operations or a similar role in cloud communications.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with CRM tools and customer engagement strategies.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects.
- Proactive and results-driven mindset.
