**Job Description**:
The Operations Executive role includes the following tasks: Communicating with upper management to manage our company’s accounts payable and receivable.

Creating and managing the organization's fiscal operating and capital budget and expenses.

Familiarise and understand the company's internal operation for daily routines and driver's operations. Understand day-to-day preparation before commencing daily jobs for delivery. To be familiar with standard operating procedures set by the company regarding problem-solving and processes

Responsibilities include reviewing and reconciling accounts, processing payments to external partners and maintaining updated records of invoices and receipts.

To be successful in this role, you should have a Finance or Accounting background and be familiar with bookkeeping.

Ultimately, you will ensure we process all financial transactions accurately and on time.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage obligations to suppliers, customers and third-party vendors
- Process bank deposits
- Reconcile financial statements
- Prepare, send and store invoices
- Contact clients and send reminders to ensure timely payments
- Identify and address discrepancies
- Report on the status of accounts payable and receivable
- Update internal accounting databases and spreadsheets

Beyond the basic duties, you are expected at times when needed to serve as Guest Service Greeter Executive.

The Guest Service Greeter acts as a ground host/hostess or concierge and is assigned to provide assistance of a specialized nature to a specific individual or group of travellers, such as
- Business Executives for whom time and speed is of the essence
- Diplomats and Government Official who may require anonymity
- Celebrities who wish to be shielded from the public
- Handicapped/Elderly Travelers with special needs
- Assist guests by greeting and guiding them at the airport and event sites.

You have be able to respond to enquiries our guests may have or need with regards to general services. You also need to keep an eye out for suspicious activity and report immediately to the office or manager on duty.
