Fine Dining Restaurant looking for Executive Chef with at least 3 years of chef experience in overall Turkish, Mediterranean, European cuisine style.

Job Scope and Responsibilities:

- Overall in-charge of kitchen operations to ensure smooth and efficient running of kitchen operations
- Able to communicate and work together with management for the development of menu and seasonal dishes
- Procurement, selection, inspection and preparation of ingredients
- Prepare and serve menu items
- Lead, supervise and provide guidance to team members
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure consistency in standards of food preparation, food presentation, cleanliness and sanitation of restaurant and kitchen equipment
- Ensure self and team’s compliance with all company policies/service procedures/standards at all times

Job Requirements
- Relevant experience as Chef in Turkish cuisine
- Demonstrate a full understanding of their role and carries it out in line with their job description
- Is able to prioritize tasks and demonstrate effective time management and coordinating, controlling and managing different resources
- Strong leadership and communication skills to manage, train and motivate team members
- Able to work weekends, public holidays and beyond normal business hours, whenever required
