**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Compare identifying information of incoming and outgoing shipments to verify information against bills of lading, invoices, orders, or other records.
- Reject damaged items, record shortages, and other conditions.
- Input receivable into ERP system.
- Assist in maintaining Export shipping data and customer preference files.
- Assist in examining outgoing shipments to ensure shipments meet specifications.
- Perform outgoing packing and prepare shipping documentation.
- Ensure export compliance and regulatory requirements are followed.
- Track shipments as required to ensure delivery to customers.
- Assist Logistics Officer in coordinating with local freight companies and freight forwarders on returning and shipping customer’s products to them.
- Visual inspect material for defects and report these and any unusual situation immediately.
- Proper book-keeping of temporary loan inventory and its return.
- Maintain good housekeeping practices in work area.
- Wear the necessary personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
- Comply with all company and safety rules and regulations during course of duties.

**Requirements**:

- At least 3 - 5 years of logistics experience in Aerospace industry or relevant fields.
- Experience in ERP, use of lifting devices and Material Handling Equipment (MHE).
- Valid forklift license.
- Ability to interpret job repair travelers and knowledge on outbound shipment packing and documentation.
- Good understanding of shipping incoterm and use of MS Offices.

**Education Requirements**:

- GCE ‘O’ level or equivalent

**Experience**: Required
- 3 - 5 years: Logistics experience

**Education**: Required
- High School or better

**Licenses & Certifications**: Required
- Forklift - Standup
- Forklift - Sitdown

**Behaviors**: Preferred
- Detail Oriented: Capable of carrying out a given task with all details necessary to get the task done well
