Responsible for analyzing and controlling the financial risks related to market activities, specifically focusing on pricing, trading, and hedging strategies. The role involves working closely with internal teams to ensure accurate reporting and risk mitigation while supporting the overall strategic goals of Pertamina International Marketing & Distribution Pte. Ltd (PIMD).**_Responsibility: _**
- Regularly evaluate the company’s exposure to market risks, including commodity price fluctuations, interest rates, and FX movements, through advanced risk analysis tools and techniques.
- Review and analyze daily profit and loss (P&L) reports, ensuring that all variances are explained and that financial reporting is accurate and timely. Collaborate with the finance team to address discrepancies.
- Collaborate with traders, finance, and treasury teams todevelop and implement effective risk mitigation strategies tailored to market activities and trading exposures.
- Oversee the valuation of financial products, ensuring accurate pricing and adjustments (e.g., fair value and mark-to-market). Identify and resolve any pricing discrepancies or issues in coordination with relevant departments.
- Produce regular market risk reports, including stress tests, scenario analyses, and risk exposure summaries. Present insights and recommendations to senior management to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Maintain and update risk management processes and ensure they comply with internal policies and external regulations. Work with external auditors and regulatory bodies to meet audit requirements.
- Continuously monitor the market environment to identify new or emerging risks, such as geopolitical developments, regulatory changes, or technological advancements.

**_Education and Experience: _**
- Bachelor or Master degree from Engineering/Financial/Management/Banking Economics
- Work Experience in the field of Governance Risk and Control, preferably in the field of Risk Management
