**PROJECT ENGINEER / ASST PROJECT ENGINEER
a) Lead and oversee assigned Projects of existing or new customers:

- Lead and rally relevant resources from Mold Shop, Manufacturing, QA, Materials to manage Project activities and timeline to ensure customers’ expectations and requirements are met.
- Communicate effectively with customers and provide all necessary services to ensure customer satisfaction during project phase.
- Carried out product costing and analysis
- Ensure the following Project tasks are carried out effectively:

- Perform Team feasibility, DFM (design for manufacturing), mold flow analysis etc.
- Manage project expenses like tooling, materials, other project expenses etc to meet budget.
- Ensure material availability for testing and initial production start up.
- Perform mold test, part measurements to meet product specifications.
- Perform proper documentation of Project File that includes Product drawings, Tool DFM, Mold tests, window studies, Molding parameters, project schedule, etc.

b) Ensure smooth and proper handover of Projects to Production. Conduct training to relevant parties to ensure knowledge and lesson learnt are documented and know how are transferred in a sustainable manner.

c) Familiarize with ISO 13485 / 9001 standards and any special customer standards eg Certified Supplier Program and ensure necessary documentations and practices comply with these standards.

d) Participate actively in Management initiatives to resolve critical issues, improve overall operational performances / productivities etc.
