We are seeking a Project Coordinator, a self-driven individual with excellent interpersonal skills to join our team. This position requires coordination of activities and interactions between Project Managers, Technical Consultants and Clients to ensure effective operation of the department and timely submission of deliverables.

To support, track and expedite delivery of critical path deliverables consistent with project schedules and follow-up activities up to project completion. A Project Coordinator must be a well-organized individual able to multitask.

The goal is to support the timely and cost-effective completion of cyber security projects.

**Responsibilities**
- Supporting Project Manager in daily tasks ranging from organizing deliverables to communicating with Clients to expedite activities
- Coordinate the delivery of reports according to priorities and specifications
- Resolve problems to speed up delivery of reports and deliverables
- Inspect number of reports in project specification to ensure correct quantity and quality
- Fulfilling additional responsibilities and misc. expediting functions as required to support the Project
- Follow up with Technical Reviewer to ensure reports are reviewed in a timely manner.
- Using project management tools to ensure assigned tasks are executed by consultants at the stipulated time.
- Monitor actual tasks executed versus the planned tasks on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Identifying and informing ongoing project issues to Project Manager

**Requirements**:

- Diploma holder preferably in IT discipline
- Experience in project management will be very useful
- Enthusiastic, willing to learn and flexible regarding day-to-day responsibilities
- Passionate to be a team member to accomplish a high-quality delivery that satisfies the contractual requirements within budget and schedule
- Able to prioritize tasks with emphasis on time management
