Assistant Manager, Product Planning

We are looking for a passionate and professional Assistant Manager to join our Product Planning and Development team.

Based in Singapore and reporting into the Senior Manager, the incumbent will combat the illegal operators' offering through a balanced and optimized mix of products put together with customer insights.

**What You'll Do**
- You will support and execute strategic plans of the Product Planning and Development department.
- You will review and update documents for Product division, and to work closely with research materials from both internal and external verified sources to deliver meaningful value-adds.
- You will curate and oversee rollout of lottery campaign(s) to create better experience for customers and secure market share from illegal operators.
- You will spearhead lottery product awareness and visibility among company-wide initiatives for Singapore Pools staff by representation within the Product Champion team.
- You will work closely with Lottery & Sports Operations team to iron out lottery-related matters, being a key touchpoint from strategy perspective, translating to tactical interpretation and execution phases.
- You will liaise with lottery service vendors and WLA operators/partners on latest/best practices and industry trends.
- You will assess feasibility for local market to combat against illegal operators/offerings, and build business case with internal and external stakeholders.
- You will track product performance to achieve department goals.
- You will deep dive into Qliksense to retrieve and analyse data to provide meaningful points for update purposes.
- You will prepare regular and ad hoc decks or supporting analyses, including papers for management reporting or/and specific projects pertaining to lottery, sports and horse products.
- You will research and prepare presentation decks for both regular and ad hoc reporting purposes.
- You will have regular interactions with Insights & Analytics to determine, review and execute full list of Product-driven survey requirements to authenticate and verify survey findings, insight analyses and to derive meaningful findings for management reporting.
- You will review Product and other teams' survey projects or requirements to find synergy in data-collection and cross-pollination of results / action points such as the annual omnibus exercise.
- You will work with Corporate Strategy to establish deeper meaning and interpretation of survey findings, in order to add depth to research results and develop possible actions or recommendations for management's review.
- You will support the Lottery function for Board paper preparations and Lottery System Refresh key project.
- Your will involve in the regular project meetings to kickstart, develop and test the rollout of the new Lottery system. This includes functional/technical requirement gathering, testing of betting system and features, analysis of production issues and solutioning.
- You will be the expert inputs on lottery-related products and contents to ensure the system incorporates such scoping requirements in the development and testing stages.
- You will deliberations with developers, internal stakeholders including Business Technology and Customer team to address gaps and hold firm to project timelines and deliverables.

**Who You Are**
- You have a Bachelor's Degree from a recognised University.
- You have at least 5 years' working experience in product planning and research works.
- You have good interpersonal and negotiation mindset and skills.
- You have experience in data analytics and reporting tools.
- You have strong presentation and project management skills.
- You are self-organised and meticulous towards details.
- You have customer-focused mindset and good business acumen.
- You are a good team player with a positive attitude.
