
Coordination Manager

**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for all coordination works of civil & structural, architectural & SWCs, interface (civil / structural, architectural and E&M installation, utility diversions).
- Lead meetings and coordination with SWC contractors.
- Managing interfaces for the design and construction of tunnelling projects including TFP/TOP/design and approval process.
- Liaise with various government and utility agencies to secure initial site clearance.
- Coordinate design and construction matters (civil, architectural, M&E) with consultants and contractors to obtain approval of design submissions.
**Requirements**:
- A recognised Degree in Engineering.
- Advanced Certificate in Construction Productivity (ACCP) and/or Specialist Diploma in Construction Productivity (SDCP).
- At least 8-years of engineering experience with minimum 5 years in managing Civil & Structure, Architectural and/or E&M Building Services works for projects of similar scale, complexity and nature.
- Experienced in managing interfaces for design and construction of transit projects with full understanding of the design and approval.
- Must possess comprehensive knowledge in TFP / TOP process.
- Excellent communication skills needed to liaise with MP’s office.
- Able to work 5.5 days.
