**Responsibilities**:

- Manage acquisition offers and campaigns in-house, and jointly with affiliates and partners
- Define and implement differentiated acquisition offers with consideration of acquisition channel, customer profile, and input from internal stakeholders (eg product, compliance)
- Manage both online and offline acquisition channels to ensure acquisition targets are met, such as:

- Paid Media: via FE ads, google ads, programmatic, organic media (SEO) and affiliate marketing
- Tele-marketing/sales force: via working closely with sales management (both internal and external) to ensure sales staff productivity and data team (internal) to ensure leads readiness
- Support strategy, delivery capabilities, process and technological enablements to satisfy the needs of the business
- Leverage analytics and collaborate with credit operations, risk and decision management teams to track acquisition performance and optimise sales
- Expand channels of acquisition to ensure new card and loan customers are acquired across channel mix, including identifying and securing new partners / acquisition channels
- Project management for new collaborations and projects
- Monitor competition to maintain competitiveness
- Execute and track campaigns, and formulate marketing plans jointly with Marketing team
- Work with Digital team and IT on testing and system-related issues
- Manage key concerns and any service related issues to ensure smooth execution
- Prepare regular reports necessary to track performance and effectiveness of channels and programs
