As the regional campaign product operations, you will be responsible to drive operations efficiency and successful campaign delivery. You are a self-starter, and an idea generator who champions agile execution and be the key go-to-person for all our 6 markets.
- Spearhead the end-to-end planning, coordination, project managing & tracking of the Regional Mega Campaign
- Ensure high-quality delivery, process efficiency and data-driven achievement across functions
- Partnership with regional cross-functions to define Mega campaign mechanics or new growth areas to increase relevance for GMV & users
- Governance of regional mega campaign process and operations, collaborate with local PMO teams to adopt the same standards
- Identify local best practices and offer ongoing recommendations for campaign optimization
- Support the tracking and analysis of campaign mechanics, evaluate new initiatives to optimize and achieve commercial objectives and performance insights
- Owner of high-level PMO meetings, routine reporting and post-mortem evaluations.

**Job Requirements**
- More than 6 years of work experience in e-Commerce, Growth Marketing or hyper-innovative industries
- A self-motivated, driven individual who can collaborate to drive results under tight timelines
- Hands-on experience working with diverse teams and multiple stakeholders
- Strong communication skills with willingness to learn in a competitive and complex environment
- Solid data analysis skills and knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
