Job Description:

- Manage meetings, conferences, video conferences and other events and reminding them of Important tasks and deadlines
- Receiving office guest to the waiting area Or Meeting Room
- Performing general research work
- Establish, maintain and ensure the timely update of the correspondence filing systems ( both hard and Soft copies )
- Assist with general administration support such as processing correspondence and letters, photocopying, printing, scanning, typing, courier, maintaining contact databases, post and
- Other Ad-hoc.

Job Requirements:

- No Experience required
- Minimum Diploma or any relevant or higher qualifications
- Excellent communication skills both written and Spoken
- Strong organisation, problem solving and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft office Skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: $1,800.00 - $3,500.00 per month
