JR63631 INTERN - PIE PROCESS INTEGRATION(PI)

Department: Product Integration Engineering (PIE), Process Integration (PI)

Project Title: NAND transistor quality guardband through CMOS inline and final electrical parametric performance troubleshooting and improvement

Scope: In this project, the student will learn
- Quality concept for manufacturing such as 6 sigma and CpK
- Troubleshooting the source of variations for inline and final param metrics
- Process opportunities on param improvement

Deliverable:

- Able to find out the root cause of param drifts
- Able to collaborate with other teams and work out the corrective and preventive actions to fix the param issue
- Able to analyze Special-work-request (SWR) report and conclude process tuning opportunities for param improvement

Skillset Require: Basic microelectronic knowledge such as transistor, capacitor, MOSFET etc. is good to have
